The Gite is split level and is entered from its own parking area through a wooden gate into the garden, then along a gently sloping path, allowing ease of access for both Wheelchairs or pushchairs. The path leads over the patio onto the decked area and the main gite entrance, which is directly onto the first floor.

A well-equipped kitchenette with a 4 ring halogen hob and electric cooker, microwave, fridge and ample cupboards. For your added safety a fire blanket and extinguisher are near to hand. In the same floor space is the dining area and the lounge, complete with wooden furniture and very comfortable country style chairs and settee, there is also a central heating radiator, a bookcase, games cupboard and local information notice board.
Off the lounge is a double bedroom with bedside units, ample hanging space and shelving. The bedroom is en-suite with a modern wet room shower and WC
A hairdryer is provided in each bedroom.
For those chilliy Early spring and Autumn evenings, free- standing, oil filled radiators are available.

Comprises of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both of which have central heating radiators, bedside units, ample hanging space and shelving in both rooms. There is also a separate shower room with a walk in shower and WC.
There are child proof locks on all windows of the gite and also on the garden gate.
We provide all linen (not towels).
We also provide all cleaning materials for both Kitchen and shower rooms.
Please provide your own bedding for your Baby.
We can provide a washing service at a cost of 5 euro per load, there is a Laundromat in Mayenne if preferred.
Is a young garden, accessed from the first floor, to which you have full and private use, there is a bench-table on the patio, a BBQ and another table and garden chairs on the decking, various sun brollies to place around the garden. The garden is surrounded by a gated wooden fence for your privacy.
