The property known as “La Souvelle” or "gitemayenne" is offered for Holiday rental subject to confirmation by the Owners John and Pam Frost, to the guest, the Client.
Payment - we accept payment in £ sterling or its equivalent in Euros at the current tourist rate. We ask for a £100 down-payment and the balance no later than 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday should be accompanied by the full holiday price. We honour a verbal reservation for 8 days during which time we must receive the down-payment to secure the chosen booking. On receipt of the outstanding balance we will send a confirmation note and booking reference number, which will be the formal acceptance of the booking.
Cancellation by you - If you have to cancel you should contact us, and confirm any telephone cancellation in writing immediately. If you cancel more than 60 days before the holiday, we will return any money paid above the £100 down-payment amount. We will try to re-let the accommodation and, if successful, will refund your down-payment. Cancellation within 60 days makes you liable to pay the balance of the rent unless we are able to re-let the property in which case all monies, less incurred expenses, will be refunded. Bookings terminated by the client within the period of stay will not qualify for a refund under any circumstances unless this is as a result of our gross negligence.
Cancellation by us - We would not expect to cancel or make any changes to your holiday arrangements. However, we shall not be liable for any changes, cancellation or any other effect due to events beyond our control ("force majeure"). In such cases we will refund in full any monies paid to us.
