La Souvelle, Our French Gite is situated just outside the quiet typically French, village of Chatillon-sur-Colmont, in Northern France. The holiday cottage is near the Normandy and Western Loire borders and the Picturesque town of Mayenne is just a 10 minute drive away.

The Gite is a converted 18th Century barn attached to the main house, set deep in the heart of rural France. It has been designed to provide a luxurious, non smoking, light and airy, self catering, 3 bedroomed Gite with wheechair / pushchair access. The garden also includes a BBQ and Patio area, along with a further decked area, which overlooks the surrounding countryside in which have been spotted a myriad of wild life, Foxes, Red squirrel, Hare and the very occasional wild boar and deer, not forgetting of course the wild birds of which there are many.

The accommodation sleeps 6 adults. and a travel cot, high chair and bed linen can be provided at no extra cost.

Our self-catering holiday cottage has its own self contained, secure garden which is surrounded by a gated wooden fence which will provide you with peace of mind and security for your children.
